STRESS AMONG NURSES: A MULTI-NATION TEST OF THE DEMAND-CONTROL-SUPPORT MODEL.

    We investigate the effect of job demand, job control, and supervisory support on stress among nurses in China, Japan, Argentina, and the Caribbean in a comparative format. Our results show that they are important variables in the prediction of stress among nurses in China, Japan, Argentina, and the Caribbean.
